Buying Discovery Cove Trainer for a Day & Dolphin Lover's Sleepover Tickets
If you want to discover a bit more about what goes on at Discovery Cove then you can buy a special Trainer for a Day package which gives you an enhanced dolphin interaction and training encounter, access to special behind-the-scenes feedings at the Coral Reef, feeding and care of exotic birds in the free-flight aviary plus behind-the-scenes small-mammal playtime and training session, behind-the-scenes animal food preparation and record review and an animal behavioural training class.
Alternatively, with the Dolphin Lover's Sleepover package you get to sleep over alongside the dolphin lagoon and then spend the whole of the next day at Discovery Cove.
All Discovery Cove tickets come with a 7 consecutive day complimentary pass to either SeaWorld, Aquatica or Busch Gardens that can be used either before or after the visit to Discovery Cove. For an additional $30 charge, this can be increased to two park admissions or for an additional $50 to all three theme parks for 14 consecutive days.

Changes for 2007
Discovery Cove have reverted to seasonal pricing following an all-year pricing structure introduced in 2006 but the new Discovery Cove tickets includes additional benefits.
You should book up well in advance if you plan to visit Discovery Cove around main holiday times like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
At present you can get a 10% discount on selected dates (February 4 - March 15, April 25 - May 18 or September 3 - December 20) if you book at least 100 days in advance.
There is no separate pricing for adults and children as such but children under the age of 6 cannot participate in the shallow-water dolphin interaction.
Children under the age of 3 are admitted for free.

Discovery Cove ticket prices are subject to change and you should check with Discovery Cove for the latest prices.
To participate in the "Trainer for a Day" you must be in good physical condition and at least 6 years old. All guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paid "Trainer for a Day" adult.
Florida residents can get a great discount on normal prices.

Discovery Cove Dolphin Lover's Sleepover ticket prices, 2007
The Dolphin Lover's Sleepover package is intended for families with children (6 years and over) as they participate in arts, crafts, and other children-focused activities.
The Dolphin Lover's Sleepover is only available on selected 2007 dates; March 3, March 24, April 7, September 15 and October 6. No 2008 dates available at this time.
