It is now in it's 16th edition and is Britain's best selling travel guide with updated information on all the new attractions in and around Orlando.

As its name suggests, Brit Guide to Orlando & Walt Disney World is written primarily for British people planning a trip to the central region of Florida and in particular to Walt Disney World but don't be put off by the title. This book is very readable and is good for anyone planning a visit to the Orlando area.

The book is split into 13 chapters with the early chapters covering planning, when to go, how to beat the crowds, travelling with disabilities, planning a wedding, driving and car hire. If you don't want to drive, then there is even information on getting around without a car.

Another chapter covers accommodation, everything from hotels and motels to resorts and vacation holiday homes, even buying a property.

The main sections cover the four main Walt Disney World parks, the five other major theme parks, namely Universal, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens and the smaller attractions like the Kennedy Space Center, Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower, Silver Springs, Gatorland and International Drive.

If you are feeling adventurous then there is a chapter to take you off the beaten track to various museums, zoos, beaches and the outdoors.

A multitude of eating and entertainment options are covered including Downtown Disney, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Boardwalk, Universal Citywalk plus dinner shows and nightclubs.
