Busch Gardens Africa - Map

Busch Gardens Africa is is located between I-275 and I-75, north of Tampa on the intersection of East Busch Boulevard and North McKinley Drive. If you are staying in the Orlando area, then it is about a two hour drive from Orlando.

If you are approaching from Orlando, travel west on Interstate 4 and take the exit for Interstate 75 North. Leave I-75 at exit 265 and bear left onto Fowler Avenue. Turn left (south) onto McKinley Drive once you have passed the University. Busch Gardens will be on your right and Adventure Island on your left.

From the south, travel north on Interstate 75 and leave at exit 265. Follow same directions as for Orlando.

From the north, travel south on Interstate 75 and bear right onto Interstate 275. Take exit 51 and turn left onto Fowler Avenue. After about 2.5 miles turn right (south) onto McKinley Drive.

If you are staying in the St. Petersburg area, then travel north on Interstate 275 and take exit 51 onto Fowler Avenue as above.
