Buying Florida Residents Discovery Cove Tickets

If you are a Florida resident, then you can take advantage of the special Florida Residents Discovery Cove ticket prices which give you an $90 discount off the regular prices (of $289) on selected dates.

All ticket come with a 14 day admission to either SeaWorld or Busch Gardens Africa. The 14 consecutive days admissions to SeaWorld, Aquatica and/or Busch Gardens Africa can now be taken either before, after or during the visit to Discovery Cove and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Note that the special Florida Residents Discovery Cove tickets cannot be upgraded to the 14 pass to all parks; i.e. SeaWorld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Africa. If you want the 14 day pass, then you will have to buy the regular all-inclusive admission package.

You should book up well in advance if you plan to visit Discovery Cove around main holiday times like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

There is no separate pricing for adults and children as such but children under the age of 6 cannot participate in the dolphin swim.

Children under the age of 3 are admitted for free.

Florida Residents Discovery Cove ticket prices, 2010

To take advantage of the special Florida Residents prices you must provide proof of valid Florida residency for each adult and each reservation must include at least one dolphin-swim admission. You will also need to show valid proof of Florida residency when you check-in at Discovery Cove.

Special prices are only valid on the following dates: up to June 27, August 23 to October 15 (excluding September 15/16, 22/23 and 29/30) and October 28 to December 23.

These prices are subject to change and you should check with Discovery Cove for the latest prices.

Included in the normal Discovery Cove ticket prices is a 14 consecutive day complimentary pass to either SeaWorld or Busch Gardens that can be used either before or after the visit to Discovery Cove. For an additional $50 charge, this can be increased to three park admissions including Aquatica for 14 consecutive days.
