Velvet Sessions 2010

Each month Universal Orlando holds a rock 'n' roll cocktail party on the last Thursday of the month at the Velvet Bar and Lobby Lounge at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel.

Doors open at 6:00pm. The party starts at 6:30 pm and includes free speciality drinks, finger food and warm-up tunes. A cash bar opens at 8:30 pm when the main act starts. You must be 21 or over to enter.

Admission is $25 online or $30 on the door though door prices may vary in September/October. There are also a limited number of VIP tickets available at $50 which gives you access to a special viewing area with private bar.

For the more popular acts you need to register online as tickets can sell out fast. Valet parking is complimentary.

Note there are no concerts in November/December.

Each month you get the opportunity to watch great rock bands whilst enjoying creative cocktails.
