Buying Adventure Island Florida Residents Tickets 2024

Adventure Island is a seasonal water park situated close to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

For the 2024 season, the opening dates are from March to November. Adventure Island is generally open every day from late April to late August, for the rest of the time, it tends to open around the weekends so do check before travelling.

Adventure Island often offers several special deals for Florida Residents as well as the normal one day ticket and combined Adventure Island and Busch Gardens tickets and annual passes.

Sometimes Adventure Island offers weekday (Monday to Friday) tickets which are ideal for residents during the summer months.

Even if Florida residents cannot get a discount on the Adventure Island annual passes they can take advantage of EZpay which is an interest-free payment plan spread over the twelve months.

The Fun Card is effectively a cut-down annual pass with a couple of restrictions; i.e. there are blackout dates and there is no free parking.

Adventure Island Special Offers and Deals for Florida Residents

Sometimes Adventure Island offers special deals for Florida residents like discounting the price of a one-day ticket or combined tickets with the nearby Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Late in the year they often promote a deal whereby you can buy next year’s Fun Card but start using it immediately so you get something like 15 months of access for the price of 12. Also as the year moves on they often discount the Fun Cards as unlike annual passes which are good for 365 days from the date they are purchased, Fun Cards work strictly on a calendar year.

Adventure Island Reservations

At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst capacity was limited, you could not get into the Adventure Island Tampa Bay park without a specific date reservation, even if you had a multi-day ticket. Therefore you had to make an online reservation for each day you wished to visit.

In July 2021 this reservation restriction at Adventure Island Tampa Bay was lifted though Adventure Island do sometimes sell certain date-specific tickets.
